About Gift Certificates....

When you purchase a gift certificate we generate a unique code for that certificate. When it is used our system will be able to identify the certificate value, the date purchased and the purchaser.  When it is redeemed we will be able to keep track of any remaining balance so the entire amount doesn't have to be used at one time.

Delivery

The unique key will be generated when you make your purchase so you have some choices about how to give the gift.

• You will get the code immediately so you can include it in an email you send to the recipient, or
•  we can send you a PDF of the gift certificate that you can attach to an email or print out and include with a card, or
• we can send an email with the certificate on your behalf, or
• we will send a printed gift certificate with a note card.

Using the certificate

When checking out there is a place to enter the gift certificate code. If the recipients purchase is greater than the value of the certificate they will be able to enter their credit card for the balance. If they use less than the total value, they will be able to use the code again, for the balance.

Gift certificates can also be redeemed by phone or email by just giving us the unique code.
