With all returns, please include your name, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, a copy of your invoice and an explanation of what you want done with your return - i.e. credit your account, exchange for another item etc.

Your privacy is important to us. 4my Dogs does NOT sell or rent our customers names, addresses or e-mail addresses to anyone. We collect email address, phone, and mailing address information from our customers to facilitate the order process and to communicate regarding requests and problems. This contact information is only used internally. 
We send out e-mail notifications on products, special promotions, etc. from time to time. If you ever get e-mail from us and you DO NOT want to continue receiving these messages, simply reply with the word REMOVE in the subject line and we will remove your name from our e-mail lists. We appreciate your business.

Credit card orders are accepted on-line, by fax or, by phone. Orders paid by personal checks may be held until they have cleared our bank. All orders outside the Continental U.S. should be credit card orders or payment should be in U.S. funds.

ORDERING OVER THE INTERNET: Ordering over the Net is safe and easy. When you order from 4my Dogs over the internet, you connect with our secure server which protects your credit card and personal information. Netscape users should see the unbroken key symbol when you connect with our ordering page. Shortly after placing your order on-line, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order you entered on-line. Some quantity discounts, free shipping on certain internet specials, and shipping costs on international orders may NOT be shown on this confirmation, but WILL be reflected on your final invoice.

ORDERING BY TELEPHONE: We are usually in the office from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST (9H00-16H00 GMT-8) and you can always leave a message or an order on our secure Voice Mail. Our fax number is 253-858-9888.

ORDERING BY MAIL: You may send your order to us by mail if you like. Be sure to include all item #'s and the full item name and price, as well as your name address, phone and e-mail (if available). Also remember to include the shipping charges.  Outside the 48 States please call us for a shipping quote prior to mailing your order.

We offer special pricing on some items for Breeders to include in puppy kits. Contact us for a Breeder price list. 

If you are having an event or training and would like to have water equipment or other PWD items available please contact us for additional information. If you would like catalogs or flyers to distribute, just let us know.

Shipping to U.S. Addresses: Our shipping & handling charges are based on the total value of your purchases being shipped to one address. Italian Charm bracelets and links are charged $6.00 if they are the only items in an order.

Our standard shipping is via FedEx ground/Home Delivery or Priority Mail. We ship orders once or twice a week, so it may be a few days after you place your order that it goes out. If something is out of stock, and we don’t expect to be able to ship it within a week we will let you know, so you can decide how you want us to handle it.

If you need something quickly call or email us. We can sometimes ship overnight or 2-day in the U.S. for an additional charge. 

Shipping to Canada: We ship to Canada via Global Priority Mail. There is usually a charge of $10-$20 (depending on the weight of the package) in addition to our regular shipping charges. The recipient is responsible for all customs or duty charges. If these fees are not paid by the recipient, and the package has been delivered and accepted, we reserve the right to charge for these fees.

International/overseas Shipping: We will charge the actual shipping costs based on the weight of your order. If you would like to know the cost before we ship your order just let us know. The minimum shipping charge is $8.50 US. The recipient is responsible for all customs or duty charges. If these fees are not paid by the recipient, and the package has been delivered and accepted, we reserve the right to charge for these fees.
